1:1 ADHD & Wellbeing Coaching
A focused, personalised coaching session designed around what you need most right now. Sessions are 60 minutes, held online — so you can join from anywhere in the UK and Europe.
We might explore ADHD and executive functioning, overwhelm, procrastination, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, rumination, limiting beliefs, confidence, boundaries, relationships — or simply creating routines that work better for your brain.
You’ll leave with greater clarity and practical strategies to take into everyday life.
Sessions & packages
Focused work on one pressing theme, with a practical plan to take away. A good way to begin — or to top up.
Book a discovery call →Room for real, sustained change: a personalised toolkit we built together, with email check-ins between sessions.
Momentum without a long commitment, building the foundations of brain and body alignment week by week.
For deeper work, I also offer 8- and 12-session personalised programmes built around The Unrushed Method. We’ll shape these together on your discovery call.
Funding your coaching through Access to Work?
I warmly welcome clients funding their coaching through the Access to Work scheme — and I’ve guided others through the process before.
Sessions are charged at the standard rates above (ATW funding doesn’t cover discounted packages), paid upfront in blocks, and you claim the cost back from the scheme. I’ll provide the detailed invoices ATW needs — and a quote for your application if you’d like one.
Practicalities
Where do sessions happen?
Online, via video call. If you’re near Leeds and would prefer to meet in person, mention it on your discovery call.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is practical and forward-looking — it’s not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it works alongside, not instead of, clinical care.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Give me 48 hours’ notice and we’ll simply reschedule. The full policy is linked in the footer.
Ready when you are
A free 30-minute discovery call is the gentlest way to start — a relaxed conversation about where you are, what you need, and whether we’re a good fit.
