Room to think.
Space to breathe.
The Unrushed Mind is a psychology-led coaching practice for overwhelmed, fast-thinking adults — often diagnosed late — helping you regulate your nervous system, understand your mind, and live at a gentler pace.
Perhaps you were diagnosed late.
Perhaps you’re still waiting for answers.
Either way, you may recognise the pattern:
- You feel permanently “switched on”, even when you’re exhausted.
- Your mind races ahead while your body begs you to stop.
- You’ve built a life that looks fine — and costs you more than anyone sees.
- You don’t need more pressure. You need more space.
Hi, I’m Chriselle. Nice to meet you!
I’m an accredited ADHD coach with an MA in Business Management and an MSc in Psychology, Mental Health & Wellbeing — and the founder of The Unrushed Mind.
My interest in wellbeing began in my twenties, when I became seriously ill and was eventually diagnosed with IBD. Years later, in my forties, I was diagnosed with ADHD — and suddenly a lifetime of busy thoughts, overwhelm and exhaustion made sense.
Those experiences shaped how I work. I don’t believe in pushing harder. I believe in understanding your brain, supporting your nervous system, and making small, sustainable changes that actually fit your life.

The Unrushed Method
My signature five-point framework — never a rigid programme, and never about “fixing” you. It’s simply how we make sense of what you need.
Your brain, your patterns, your individual needs.
Your brain and body, and the relationship between food, lifestyle and how you feel.
Recognise overwhelm and find strategies that help you feel calmer and more grounded.
In ways that support your mind as much as your body, and reconnect you with nature.
Bring it all together into a life that works with who you are.
Three ways to work together
1:1 ADHD & Wellbeing Coaching
Everyone’s ADHD is different, which is why every programme I offer is tailored to you. Together we’ll explore how your brain works, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you feel calmer, more organised and more in control.
